The North Creek Architecture Control Committee would like to add some clarification helping owners with understanding the perspective of the ACC with official requests to allow more transparency with requests.

This topic will contain categories where the guidelines in the Declarations, Covenants, Conventions and Restrictions appear vague and may refer to the Architecture Committee for clarity.
